Happy 46th Birthday, Singapore!
I know you're thinking, why on earth is there a picture of a crab?
1) We somehow always have chilli crabs for dinner every National Day.
2) Not sure if it's coincidental or what, the shell of the crab is red and the meat is white- patriotism to its fullest.
3) It's another uniquely Singapore dish!
